By using AssetFinance.nz you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Our service

AssetFinance.nz is an asset finance comparison and referral service for NZ businesses. We connect you with NZ asset-finance lenders. We are not a lender. We do not approve or settle finance — that is the lender's role, on their own credit criteria.

3. No advice

Information on this site is general in nature. It is not personal financial advice and does not take into account your specific business, tax or financial circumstances. You should obtain independent advice from your accountant or financial adviser before entering into an asset finance contract.

4. Indicative figures only

Repayment calculator outputs, indicative interest rate ranges, approval timeframes and any "from" pricing on this site are indicative only. Actual rates, terms, fees and approval are determined by the lender after assessing your application.

5. Third-party lenders

We do not control or guarantee the conduct of third-party lenders. Your relationship with any lender is between you and that lender, governed by their contract documents.

6. Commission

We may receive a commission from the lender when an asset finance contract settles, typically 0%–6% of the financed amount. The commission does not change the rate the lender offers you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of this site or any decision you make based on information found here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

All content on AssetFinance.nz is owned by OPERATOR_ENTITY or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute or scrape the content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
