AssetFinance.nz is operated by OPERATOR_ENTITY (FSP_NUMBER), a New Zealand entity registered on the Financial Service Providers Register. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" refer to OPERATOR_ENTITY.

2. What information we collect

When you use our quiz or contact us we collect: your name, business name, email, phone, region, industry, years trading, revenue band, asset type, asset value, structure preference, and any additional context you provide.

We also collect technical information about your visit: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location (from IP), device type, and any UTM / Google Click ID parameters.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Match your enquiry to NZ asset-finance lenders most likely to approve
• Share your enquiry with selected lenders so they can provide indicative offers
• Contact you about your enquiry
• Improve our matching and the website
• Meet our legal and FSPR obligations

4. Who we share it with

We share your enquiry only with NZ asset-finance lenders we match you to. We do not sell your information. We may use trusted service providers (hosting, email, analytics) who act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

5. Your rights under the NZ Privacy Act 2020

You have the right to access and correct the personal information we hold about you. Email OPERATOR_EMAIL to make a request.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site, measure marketing performance and improve the user experience. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

7. Storage and retention

We store your information securely. We retain enquiry data for at least 7 years to meet record-keeping requirements applicable to financial service providers, and longer where reasonably necessary.

9. Changes
